add-truck Terms of Service

Your use of add-truck’s services is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and add-truck. This page explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement between you and add-truck.

* Accepting the Terms

In order to use the add-truck Services, you must agree to the Terms. You may not use add-truck Services if you do not accept the Terms.

You may not use add-truck Services and may not accept the Terms if you are not a Business Company/Job Seeker to form a binding contract with add-truck.

* Use of the add-truck Services by you

In order to access add-truck Services, you agree that information provided by you in Registration Form is Correct, also in your add-truck Profile.

You agree that you will not offer to Buy/Sell prohibited products/services on add-truck, like viagra, sexual content etc.

You agree that you will not upload same Product/Service which is already uploaded by you.

* Your Account Password and account security

You agree and understand that only you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password associated with account you use to access the Services.

Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to add-truck for all the activities that occur under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or of your account, you agree to inform add-truck immediately by filling Contact Us Form.

* Privacy and your personal information

For information about add-truck’s data protection practices, please read add-truck’s privacy policy. This privacy policy explains how add-truck treats your personal information, and protects your privacy, when you use the Services. You agree to the use of your account/service in accordance with add-truck’s privacy policies.

* Content uploaded in your account/profile

You should be aware that Content presented by you, including but not limited to in the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by the other party, who provide that Content to add-truck (or by other person or company on their behalf). You may not upload, offer to sell after modification (either in whole or in part) unless you have been specifically granted by the other party. You may use such contents/data by the permission of that owner, in a separate agreement.

You understand that all information (such as your profile, written text, photographs, videos or other images/logo) which you are uploading, is yours. Or if taken from the other sources then the third party knows that you are using their data.

add-truck has the right to remove/block your account/content if we receive any complain from the above data owner. add-truck will investigate the issue and will inform you the final decision.

You understand that by using third party contents/data, in this matter, you use the add-truck Services at your own risk.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that add-truck has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any Content that you upload, display or sell in your account/profile.

* Ending your relationship

The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or add-truck.

If you ever want to close your add-truck account/profile, you may do so by informing add-truck at any time, and your account will be closed/deleted, add-truck may require your to provide same Registration Information you had provided at the time of account registration.

Closing your account with all of the add-truck Services which you are using, where add-truck has made this option available to you. Your notice should be sent by filling Contact Us Form.

* Advertisements

add-truck offer all companies to advertise on add-truck website, you may have your banner linked to your page in any add-truck website page, also in a specific business category page, at bottom or at the right side of the page.
You agree that banner provided by you is created by you or your team. You can not use third party's banners to advertise on add-truck website.

* Other content/Data loss

add-truck may include hyperlinks/banners in your profile to advertise other companies.

You acknowledge and agree that add-truck is not liable for any loss or damage of your data, there may be certain reasons like data center power failure, hardware failure etc. Though we will try to restore your data from backups.

* Changes to the Terms of Services

add-truck may make changes to the Terms from time to time. So you can view this Terms page at times.

* General legal terms

You agree that add-truck is not involved in buying or selling all the products/services you offer on add-truck, and that add-truck is only providing a platform for your to trade and offer your services. Trade dealing is between the Buyer and the Seller. add-truck is not responsible of any fraud. Buyers must make sure that they are dealing with the trustworthy Company.
